If you have not completed a module but think you completed equivalent one(s) elsewhere at university which we do not reference on the accredited form, you must complete a non-accredited form in full.

In occasional circumstances, a university may have changed the name or module number of a course since you completed it, or our form may not yet reflect this name change. If this is the case, please complete an accredited form however, be sure to attach alongside your transcript a document or evidence from the university explaining
that this is what happened.
