Look at the exemption criteria for your accredited degree/qualification. If you have covered them all as part of your degree/qualification, complete the accredited form. If you have not covered these subjects, because you transferred mid-degree or had advanced/direct entry to an accredited degree, complete the non-accredited form.

In the non-accredited form, you can reference accredited modules from your degree/qualification as well as college modules to show you have covered all the syllabus requirements.
