This is an official document issued by the registry or student records department of your institution. It should list all the modules or subjects you studied in each year, the marks or grades you achieved for each module and the credit value and level of each module.

It can also be referred to as a student academic record, or a HEAR transcript.

If you don’t have a final academic transcript, you must contact your university to obtain one, it is the responsibility of the student to obtain this document from the university and submit it to ICAS by the deadline date.

Please note we need a final academic transcript and cannot accept results notices.
