Overtime should be allocated based on days of 7 hours. If you record overtime, you should provide an explanation in your overtime box (this will appear when you add extra time into the box "relevant practical experience days")

If you have an odd number of days in a month, for example 7.3 optional days, you should log 7 days in that month and carry 0.3 days forward to the next month until you have a whole number of days.

Remember to clearly explain any overtime in the overtime comment box. You need to track this yourself.
