Reduced Subscription rate
We are introducing a two-tier reduced subscription structure:
- 50% rate for members with lower incomes
- 25% rate for those on the lowest incomes
This replaces the current single reduced rate and provides better-targeted support.
Special Waiver
ICAS may grant a special waiver of subscription fees to members who are in ill health or severe hardship on a discretionary basis.
*Expected annual income
This will include:
- Employment income
- Other income (including self-employment income, dividends, interest on savings, rental income, investment income).
It will continue to exclude:
- Pensions
- State benefits
This creates a more accurate and consistent basis for assessing fees.
