We are updating our fee structure to ensure it better reflects how members work and retire today.

The current structure has been largely unchanged for many years, and these updates will make it:

• Fairer, by reflecting a wider range of income
• Clearer, with a more defined pathway into retirement
• More flexible, to support members at different stages of their career
