The technical reference should be from your present, or most recent, employer, and should include the referee's job title and contact details. It should contain details of the work undertaken for the referee.
The character reference should be from an independent external source, such as a friend or client. It should be someone outside of the firm you have been working for or will be working for and should vouch for your good character.
Your references should each include full name, email address or phone number for your referee.
