How can I reset my password for the ICAS website?

Click Login at the top right corner (or click the 3 lines at the top right, and then Login)

Click "Reset Password" in blue

Enter your email address registered with ICAS to receive a link to reset your password.

A reset email will be sent to your email if you have an account with us online.

Please check your Spam or Junk folders. However, if you don't receive the link within 1 hour, please contact us for support.

Please also contact us for support if it says your email account does not exist.
