It is vitally important to remember that everyone has diversity about them. Everyone has an age, ethnicity (White British or Scottish are ethnicities), gender and sexual orientation. Asking for this information means that for the first time ICAS is able to use the data to compare the feedback and experiences of our Members. With this information we can prove that we are treating all our Members fairly and seeking to remove discrimination.
By asking these diversity questions, we are asking our Members to help ICAS prove that we are fair, welcoming of diversity and behaving inclusively.
