This information is now commonly collected by most employers, including those within the accountancy profession. It is very important for ICAS to be able to know if a Member is discriminated against because of their sexual orientation. As with all the questions we ask, the insights provided allow us to better understand the diversity of our membership and to help ensure we are providing the support and services our Members need.
