Only a very small number of ICAS staff will have access to the data.

It will be held securely in the main Member database and will not be visible to the staff you deal with when contacting ICAS or when ICAS staff refer to your Member record.
Any reporting of the data – whether within ICAS or to third parties – will always be done anonymously, so that individual members won’t be identified.
