We recommend that, wherever possible, you use a personal computer (laptop, desktop or MacBook) for ICAS assessments. That’s because employer-supplied devices sometimes have security restrictions that block installation and updates of the necessary software. 

It’s your responsibility to check in advance that your computer works with our required software, and must take our assessment platform’s Essential Onboarding assessment in advance of every assessment to ensure that any configuration changes are identified in advance of assessment day.

Unforeseen issues that arise during the assessment may be considered as part of a Special Considerations Policy.
