The online invigilation software will report any evidence of the following activities to the Assessment Board:
• Continuously looking around (up/down/left/right)
• Looking at a mobile phone/tablet/any other electronic device
• Looking at hands or wrists
• Wearing earphones or headphones (foam earplugs or ear defenders are allowed)
• Clothing that could conceal a device
• Wearing hoods, hats or beanies (or any other item of clothing which covers your ears) are not allowed. (Religious head coverings that covers the ears are allowed, but your eyes and mouth must be uncovered and visible at all times.)
• Wearing sunglasses or smart glasses
• Wearing/using a smart watch
• Leaving the room. If you're taking a bathroom break, you must raise hand to screen, say the words “bathroom break” and leave your desk. Bathroom breaks should not exceed five minutes.
• Impersonation
• Unusual activity on your device (i.e. attempting to access a VPN, screensharing or use of virtual machines)
• Use of an external or additional device
• Taking note of questions
• Accessing webpages on the internet
• Other people entering the room
• Talking to someone outside the room
• Using multiple screens
• Notes around the room
• Room is too dark
• Webcam on laptop angled up so that your face is obscured or out of frame
• Vaping/smoking
