THIS IS RELEVANT TO CA2020 (TC, TPS AND TPE ONLY).

The online invigilator will report any evidence of the following activities to the assessment board:

• Looking at mobile phone/tablet/any other electronic device
• Wearing of any earphones or headphones (only foam earplugs or ear defenders are permitted)
• Continuously looking around room, up or down, to the left or to the right
• Wearing of any clothing that could conceal a device. Hoodies, hats, or beanies (or any other item of clothing which covers the candidates' ears) are not permitted. Candidates can wear a religious head covering that covers the ears, but the eyes and mouth must be uncovered and visible at all times
• Leaving room – unless for a bathroom break. In which case raise hand to screen, say the words “bathroom break” and leave your desk. Bathroom breaks should not exceed 5 minutes.
• Looking at hands or wrists
• Accessing web pages
• Other people entering the room
• Talking to anyone outside the room
• Using multiple screens
• Notes around the room
• Room is too dark
• Wearing sunglasses or smart glasses
• Wearing / using a smart watch
• Web cam on laptop angled up/face obscured or the candidate is out of frame
• Vaping/smoking
