THIS IS RELEVANT TO CA2020 (TC, TPS AND TPE ONLY).

• Food or drink must be in a clear container or bag (i.e. no labels) It must be shown to the camera at the beginning of the assessment.
  
  
• You are not allowed to use smart watches or smart devices, wired or wireless earpods/earbuds or headphones.
  
  
• You are not permitted to access the internet to view any materials / information.
  
  
• You must complete a 180 degree forward scan of your room environment including desk area.
  
  
• You are not allowed to wear any article of clothing or accessories which could cover your head or ears (i.e. no hoodies, caps, beanies etc). Religious head coverings are permitted.
  
  
• You are only allowed one screen either your laptop or an extension monitor.
  
  
• You can email the paper to yourself on another device for printing in another room. You should take no longer than 5 minutes to print the exam paper (TC assessment questions are delivered through the online assessment platform).
  
  
• Once the exam paper has been released and you have downloaded or printed it – you must sit at your desk in assessment conditions and wait for the assessment to start. You must not read any notes (TC exam questions are delivered through the online assessment platform platform).
  
  
• If you need a bathroom break then raise your hand and say “bathroom break”. You should take no longer than 5 minutes for a bathroom break.
  
  
• Once you have completed and submitted the assessment you can stop the invigilation software.
  
  
• The special consideration form will be available for 24 hours after the end of the assessment.
