THIS IS RELEVANT TO CA2020 (TC, TPS AND TPE ONLY).

A laptop or desktop computer is required to sit the TPS and TPE assessments. It is your responsibility to ensure prior to the assessment that your device is in good working order, with a fully working microphone and camera.

Please ensure that your device meets the following specifications:

• A stable internet connection and sufficient bandwidth - do not use hotspot unless agreed with a member of the ICAS IT team.
• Internet speed must be at least 2 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
• Sufficient hard drive storage space - minimum 20GB free space on computer.
• Memory (RAM) 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended.
• Web browser with pop-up block disabled.
  
  Note: ICAS does not offer IT support for issues specific to macOS. Any issues with Microsoft applications or Proctorio that are specific to macOS will not be supported by ICAS.
  
  We strongly recommend that you log off VPN before launching any invigilation software.
