If you cannot get Proctorio to work on the day of the assessment, you should contact your designated assessment support at ICAS, who will work with you to find a solution.

It is mandatory to be remotely invigilated for ICAS assessments, and anyone who cannot get Proctorio to work but does not contact ICAS will be subject to the ICAS assessment regulations and may have their result voided by the assessment panel / assessment board.
