Yes, if you need to use the ‘back-up solution’ to access the assessment paper before the assessment begins, then you are allowed to use the internet to access this.

You should download the assessment paper and then close the internet browser tab down immediately. Take care that you do not accidentally close the Proctorio tab down too.
