First please ensure the enrolment window for your assessment is open using Employer resources | ICAS

To book an assessment please follow the below steps - 

1. Once logged in to ICAS.com with your ICAS student email address, select 'Book an Exam' which will take you to https://timetabler-icas.optime.cloud/Enrolment

2. Select 'Upcoming Classes'

3. Click on the field labelled 'Class Date'

4. Select 'Custom Range' on the left

5. Select a range of dates that includes when the desired assessment takes place

6. Click 'Apply'

7. Choose the assessment and session you wish to book and click 'BOOK NOW'

If you still do not see the assessment you are looking for, once you have put the date range in, go to the box next to it and press the down arrow - this refreshes the results.
