Please only complete the special considerations form if any incidents occurred during your assessment which you believe had a material effect on your performance and which meet the special consideration policy.
Special considerations will only be considered by the Special Considerations and Extenuating Circumstances Panel if they occur during the assessment.
Anything which occurs pre-assessment (e.g., illness, bereavement etc.) does not meet the criteria and will not be considered during the ratification process. The form will be available for 24 hours after the assessment ends, and you will need to complete a form for each assessment.
