Special considerations will only be considered by the Special Considerations and Extenuating Circumstances Panel if they occur during the assessment.

Anything which occurs pre-assessment (e.g., illness, bereavement etc.) does not meet the criteria and will not be considered during the ratification process. This form will be open until 23:59 on the day of the assessment., and you will need to complete a form for each assessment.
