Please only complete the special considerations form if any unforeseen incidents occurred during your assessment which you believe had a material effect on your performance and which meet the Special Consideration & Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

 

Special considerations will only be considered by the Special Considerations and Extenuating Circumstances Panel if they occur during the assessment.

 

Anything which occurs pre-assessment (e.g., illness, bereavement etc.) does not meet the criteria and will not be considered during the ratification process because you have declared yourself 'fit to sit' . You have until midnight after the end of the assessment to apply. You will need to complete a form for each assessment.
