If you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g. illness, bereavement etc.) which prevents you from sitting your mock at the specified date and time then you must get in touch with ICAS immediately. 

You should contact us immediately and explain why you are unable to sit the mock and when you believe you would be able to sit the mock. The Assessments team will then be in touch with you to make individual arrangements with you regarding your mock. 

You should also let your Firm know that you are unable to sit your mock.
