If there is an incident during the assessment, the invigilator will ask you to complete an ‘incident form’. You’ll also need to complete an ICAS Special Consideration form. Please note that any event that you report in your form will be validated by the invigilator(s) present in the room.

You’ll receive an assessment-reminder announcement within your course one week before your assessment. The link to the Special Consideration form can be found within this announcement.
