If you're sitting the assessment in-centre, raise your hand and let the invigilator know you're experiencing issues.

 

If you're sitting the assessment remotely, raise the issue by writing a new post in the General Channel of the relevant assessment Microsoft Team. The Assessment team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
