Once the assessment has been completed you are not able to re-access it. 

Before completing the assessment, the platform will automatically prompt you to ensure that you do wish to submit your response to ensure that responses cannot be submitted early in error.

Once submitted however, the assessment is marked as complete, and no further access is permitted.
